Previously, she spent much of her professional career at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, in the tax and accounting area, advising companies and business groups on corporate transactions.

Ángela Atienza Pérez holds a PhD in Tax Law from the University of Navarra (Cum Laude). She also holds the Double Master's in Access to the Legal Profession and Tax Advisory from the University of Navarra (Cum Laude) and is a graduate in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the University of Granada.

He is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ECOINMO SPACES SOCIMI, S.A., and founder and board member of EDUCA EDTECH GROUP, as well as Investment Director at ECOINMO REAL ESTATE, playing an active role in the strategic management and development of business projects in the property, education and technology sectors.

Throughout his career he has taken part in the creation and development of various companies related to online higher education and technological innovation, contributing to the growth and positioning of different business initiatives in these fields.

Jesús Moreno Hidalgo holds a degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Granada, with specialised training in organisational psychology and human development.

A tax and commercial lawyer, partner at the firm Actiolege. He is a co-founder and partner of ECOINMO SPACES SOCIMI, S.A., where, as an artificial intelligence expert, he leads the Company's Compliance function. He is the founder of Euroinnova and of EDUCA EDTECH GROUP, of which he is a board member.

Throughout his career as an entrepreneur he has created and taken part in the management of several companies, as well as in the legal structuring of different business projects in the education, technology and business fields.

Francisco Javier Moreno Hidalgo holds a degree in Law and a Master's in Tax and Legal Advisory.

Co-founder and partner of ECOINMO SPACES SOCIMI, S.A., where she works in the finance area. She is the founder and former CEO of INESEM Business School, now part of EDUCA EDTECH GROUP.

Throughout her career she has taken part in the development of various business initiatives linked to the education and technology sectors, contributing to the launch and consolidation of different projects.

María Moreno Hidalgo holds a diploma in Physiotherapy.

He is Chairman of NEGRATIN, a business group specialising in the development of industrial and energy projects, as well as Chairman of the Federation of Installers’ Associations of Andalusia (FADIA) and the Association of Installation Companies of Jaén (APEI).

Throughout his professional career, he has worked in the industrial and energy sectors, playing a part in the management and development of business projects and in the institutional representation of the installation companies sector.

Mr Ángel Noguera Martínez holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School.

He is, in addition to being a Director and co-founder of ECOINMO SPACES SOCIMI, S.A., the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ATICA.GLOBAL WORKS, a company through which he oversees corporate strategy, business development and operational management.

Throughout his professional career, he has been involved in the creation and development of various companies specialising in online higher education and technological innovation, contributing to the growth and positioning of different business initiatives in these fields.

Among other responsibilities, he has served as Co-founder and Director of Corporate Branding at EDUCA EDTECH GROUP, helping to develop the corporate identity and market positioning of the group’s companies.

Mr Juan Morales Muñoz holds a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Córdoba.

Celedonio Noguera Martínez is an executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years’ experience in strategic management, business development and corporate consolidation.

He has spent most of his career in the energy and property sectors, with a particular focus on investment, asset management and business expansion.

Since 1997, he has been Executive Vice-President of Negratín Global, a company he co-founded and in whose development he has played an active role. His career includes responsibilities in corporate strategy, overseeing operations, creating new lines of business and leading teams.

He also sits on the boards of several companies, including ENERGROUP09, NERES PROPERTY, FF VENTURES and FFV NEW ENERGY VENTURE. He holds a Level 2 Vocational Training qualification in Administration from the Instituto Profesional Los Cerros de Úbeda and an MBA from ESADE.

He has a solid professional track record in the field of business management and transport and logistics management, with experience dating back to 1995. His career has been linked to the development and consolidation of business projects within the transport, logistics and services sectors at companies within the Cariño Group.

He has specialised training in Accounting and Finance and holds the Professional Haulier qualification, which attests to his technical knowledge of the sector and the specific regulations governing road transport. This educational background, combined with his experience in business management, has enabled him to develop a comprehensive view of the business, combining financial, operational and strategic management.

Throughout her career, she has held senior management roles, leading strategic planning, business expansion, team management, resource optimisation and key decision-making for the company’s growth and consolidation. Her experience encompasses the comprehensive management of the company, the supervision of operations, the leadership of teams and institutional representation in dealings with clients, suppliers and public bodies.

As Chairman of Grupo Cariño, he has played a key role in steering the group, driving its development, diversification and positioning within the sector, as well as consolidating the company’s position as a leader in transport and logistics services.

She holds the position of CEO at Grupo Cariño, where she directs the company’s overall strategy and coordinates decision-making in key areas of the business.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of consultancy and business advisory services, with a solid track record in organisational optimisation, strategic planning, economic and financial analysis, and the development of feasibility plans.

Throughout her career, she has held positions of high responsibility, notably as Director of the Business Consultancy Department at COGESA, where she led complex projects for private companies and public administrations, ranging from the definition of organisational structures to the implementation of control systems, efficiency measures and profitability improvement initiatives.

In addition, she has been involved in significant initiatives for public bodies, including projects linked to the Andalusian Health Service and various local councils, focusing on quality audits, resource optimisation, staff management and the preparation of tender processes.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Granada and has undertaken specialised training in business management, accounting and tax consultancy, as well as in advanced organisational management, which reinforces her profile as an executive with a comprehensive and strategic vision of the business.

Matías Peláez Martínez, who holds a degree in Geography from the University of Granada, has built his professional career in the fields of education, languages and business. He worked as a teacher in Salamanca and Munich, where he was also a presenter for Bayerischer Rundfunk and an author of audiovisual and digital material for language teaching.

He is the founder of educational projects such as Colegio Hispánico, Language4you, FP Tartessos Córdoba and CFI Reina Isabel in Granada. At the same time, he has for many years managed the family investment company, which operates mainly in the stock markets.

He is Managing Director of Inversiones Blasiam, S.L., a property development company specialising in the development of residential projects and care homes for the elderly. In this role, he is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the company’s activities, including project management, with a particular focus on financial matters and liaising with banks and investment funds.

He also has executive experience in the construction sector, having served as Managing Director of a construction company in Chile for four years and as Chief Executive Officer of a construction group in Spain for three years.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Granada, having spent an academic year at the University of Illinois (USA). He complements his technical training with an Executive MBA and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from the Instituto de Empresa.

He is CEO of ALDABA HOMES, a business group specialising in residential property development and property lettings. He currently represents the Granada Association of Builders and Developers (ACP), serves as Vice-President of the Granada Confederation of Entrepreneurs and is a member of the Granada Chamber of Commerce.

Throughout his professional career, he has worked in the property and hunting sectors, participating in the management and development of business projects across various sectors.

Mr Juan de Dios Molinero Moreno holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Córdoba, an Executive MBA in Business Management and Administration from San Telmo Business School (Seville) and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial (IPE).

He is Chief Legal Officer at EDUCA EDTECH GROUP, where he provides corporate legal advice and ensures regulatory compliance in both domestic and international transactions.

She has experience in company law, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as in due diligence processes and the legal structuring of business transactions. She has also been involved in the incorporation and corporate management of various companies and in providing legal advice on property and corporate transactions.

Throughout his professional career, he has also pursued academic work as a lecturer at higher education institutions, combining teaching with legal practice.

Mr Tanoj Vashi de la Torre holds a degree in Law from the University of Granada and has postgraduate qualifications in tax, employment and corporate legal consultancy, as well as a Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
