Market
BME Scaleup is a segment of BME MTF Equity, a multilateral trading facility (MTF) operated by Bolsas y Mercados Españoles. It is not a regulated market, so its level of liquidity and disclosure is lower than that of the official stock exchanges. Investing in securities admitted to BME Scaleup entails a high level of risk and may result in the total or partial loss of the investment.
As a company admitted to the BME Scaleup segment, Ecoinmo will disclose its inside information (IP) and other relevant information (OIR) through the official BME channels and the investor information section of this website, in accordance with the applicable regulations and BME Scaleup circulars.
As of the reference date, no liquidity agreement has been signed, so there is no applicable liquidity provider. This information will be updated on this website should the Company enter into a liquidity agreement in the future.
Governance
The Registered Advisor is the entity responsible for assisting the Company in complying with the obligations arising from its admission to the BME Scaleup segment. In the case of Ecoinmo Spaces SOCIMI, S.A., the Registered Advisor is Renta 4 Corporate, S.A., appointed on 26 December 2025. The Agent Entity is Renta 4 Banco, S.A.
Documentation
The Initial Market Access Document (DIAM) is the reference document for the admission to BME Scaleup. It is available to view and download in the document centre of the Investors section of this website, as well as through the official BME channels.
Dividends
The SOCIMI regime entails the obligation to distribute dividends in accordance with Article 6 of Law 11/2009 and Article 29 of the Company's articles of association. The regime takes effect for Ecoinmo from 1 January 2026, so no dividends are expected to be distributed during 2026 out of the 2025 result. The distribution obligation will be enforceable with respect to the results generated from financial year 2026 onwards, the distribution of which, where applicable, must be resolved during 2027.
Glossary
GAV (Gross Asset Value) is the gross value of the portfolio's assets; as of 31 December 2025 it amounts to 6,451,000 euros. GLA (Gross Lettable Area) is the gross lettable area; the portfolio totals 24,197 sq m. SOCIMI stands for Sociedades Anónimas Cotizadas de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario (Spanish listed real estate investment companies), a special tax regime governed by Law 11/2009 for companies engaged in the acquisition and letting of urban real estate.
General
The portfolio has been valued by the independent expert Gesvalt Sociedad de Tasación, S.A. in accordance with the RICS (Red Book) valuation standards. The primary methodology is the ten-year discounted cash flow method, complemented by the comparative method. The valuation reference date is 31 December 2025. Valuations reflect estimates as of a given date and are not an indication of future sale prices.
