Inside information and ORI
The Company will disclose its regulated information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 on market abuse (MAR) and with the BME MTF Equity rules, distinguishing between inside information and other relevant information.
Inside information is information of a precise nature, not made public, relating to the Company or its securities which, if made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on its price (Article 7 MAR). Its disclosure is mandatory and will be carried out as soon as possible.
Other relevant information (ORI) comprises information which, while not constituting inside information, the Company considers appropriate or is required to disclose to the market.
The category of “material fact” ceased to be used upon the entry into force of MAR. It is retained only in the historical section for the purpose of archiving prior communications; no new material facts are issued.
